Elencho - to rebuke [Joh 16:8-11]

• Elencho means to rebuke
• Elencho does not always mean that the one rebuked repents of his sin as was the case with Herod when John the Baptist rebuked (Elencho) him of his sin [Luk 3:19-20]
• Elencho can be rebuke to make others fear[1Tim 1:4]
• Elencho can mean to rebuke people in the hope of bringing them to faith [Tit 1:12].
• The Sprit of truth will Elencho the world of sin, righteousness and judgment [Joh 16:8-11]
• The Spirit of truth does His work by the testimony of Jesus, and by the working of miracles.
